All of our programming is carefully and intentionally designed to help you reach your health & fitness goals in a clean & safe environment. We understand that not every person is the same and we want to help you find a fitness routine that works for you!
We have created a friendly, supportive, & motivating community for all who walk through our doors. Our knowledgeable coaches are here to help guide you in your health & fitness journey. At RTB we believe in the quality of movement first & place a strong emphasis on technique and proper movement before progression. All of our coaches are able to adjust class programming to meet your level. So whether you are a beginner or experienced lifter looking to lean, be stronger, move better or just be overall healthier we are here for you!
What are classes like?
Strength and Conditioning
Adult Strength and Conditioning classes are up to an hour long. These classes first start with a warm up of static and aerobic stretching with a free weight or body weight based warm up to prepare your body for the strength portion of the work out. The strength section is a combination of body weight, dumbbells', kettlebells, and/or barbell work. Concluding with a cardio based work out of the day which is generally 4-15minutes in length.
HIIT
HIIT classes are a 45min high-intensity interval training class. This is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise. Classes start with a warm up and stretch with a 30-40min training workout.
Fit Kidz, Youth & Teen
These classes are 45min in length that start with a warm up and stretch. Age appropriate games, exercises, and lifts are then introduced and taught in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
